  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the book is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • Customers should provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged/defective book). Once verified, a replacement will be provided.

How to Return:

  2. Return Authorization: We will send you return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Pack the Item: Please ensure that the products are securely packed in their original packaging or a safe alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and a refund will be credited within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, we will assist with the exchange process once we receive the returned item. Any price difference or shipping charges will be applicable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your products are damaged or defective upon arrival, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing your damage claim. The video should clearly show the condition of the product during the unboxing, including the packaging and any visible damage.

Claim Timeline:

Please submit the unboxing video and your claim within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure that we can process the return or replacement efficiently.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs, and a replacement product will be delivered within 5-6 working days.
