Note: There are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays.

The recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.

• Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
• Our international shipping cost differs from product to product based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
• The VAT, import duties, and local taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

International Shipping

• If customization is added, it will take more 7–8 working days to deliver.
• If you wish to return or cancel your order, the company will generate a credit note against it, which you can redeem within 5 days after delivery.
• Once we receive the products, a strict quality check will be done by our team. Please make sure that the product should be unused with a tag and invoice.
• The estimated time would be 3–5 working days for the order to get delivered. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
• Prices are exclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and added to your total amount.
• If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
